It has been a while since I have entered an update.  Things are going really well out here in sunny LA,although we recently had a few days of rain and from what I heard, the weather was nicer in Ohio than in Los Angeles. 

Oh well, I am happy for the Ohioans.  It is crazy how much the weather can affect our moods.  It has been sunny here all but for the last few days so my mood has been good.  I love my job and am really glad I made the transfer to Los Angeles.  I talked with my former supervisor in Ohio and he had just handed over the keys for the office, it is officially closed.  I am busier than ever.  I am the Health and Safety Manager for the office of 150 people and in charge of safety training over 300 employees. 

My Office Manager is in charge of training for the Southern California so he has high expectations for our office.  He has been extremely helpful and laid down the law so to speak when it completing required training.  Last week I sent out an invitation for a 2-hour field safety course and I had over 50 yes responses in less than a few hours!   I work really well when I am pushed to do my best and with a class of over 50 employees ranging from field technicians to senior management I am going to have to be creative and I might even need a microphone. lol :)
